Red Ribbon Week

For the students in grades K - 2, we are having a coloring contest! Coloring pages are available here: Kindergarten, 1st Grade, and 2nd Grade and also should have come home with your student with the contest details. The deadline to submit the coloring page is Monday, October 27th.  The winning coloring page will be determined by the Red Ribbon committee and posted on our GPA Facebook page. Grand prize winners will receive lunch with Mrs. Johnson! All participants will receive a dress down pass for Thursday, October 30th. See flyer here.

Attention students in grades 3 - 5! Create an anti-bullying or anti-drug poster. All posters are due Monday, October 27th. Each third through fifth grade student who participates will receive a dress down day pass. One winner from each grade level will be selected using the rubric. Winners will have lunch with Mrs. Johnson!  The winners will be announced Wednesday, October 29th.  The winning posters will be displayed at GPA and on our Facebook page!

Attention students in grades 6 - 8! Imagine a world where Drugs or Bullies Didn’t Exist……Imagine if bullying or drugs didn’t exist in our society today. Bullying and drug abuse happens every day at school and at home. Many people suffer from its affects long after it stops. Use your voice to help put an end to bullying and/or drug abuse! Create a video and post it to using ‪#‎GPACARES‬ to your non-private Instagram® account and send your completed video to so that all entries can be posted on the GPA Facebook page. See the flyer with all of the details and prizes here!
